Nextierra is a wholly owned subsidiary of Atman Corporation (founded in 1997). The Atman Corporation holding company has several other divisions such as pcRUSH.com, the worlds 32nd largest e-tailer in consumer electronics with over 29,000 clients nationwide and Distenex, a distribution company for consumer electronics and telephony software.
