PPDIOO is a repeatable and measurable process that enables Nextierra to provide the most relevant and viable technology solutions. It is endorsed by Stanford Advanced Project Management and is also utilized by technology giant Cisco Systems.

PLAN
Nextierra performs a discovery process to understand your business needs, high-level requirements, and challenges. This effort includes a series of interviews with supporting staff to develop and propose a viable solution.

PREPARE
Nextierra establishes high-level requirements and functionality. To add detail, Nextierra conducts planning workshops, and administers more detailed surveys. The final deliverable of this phase, a high-level report, documenting the detail that supporting staff requires to properly plan, prepare, and schedule testing.

DESIGN
In the Design phase, the project team develops and presents the low-level design that they will eventually implement. At this time, the team decides how to best meet requirements for the applications, support, backup, and recovery.

IMPLEMENT
Introduces the solutions into the network and business processes.

OPERATE
Starts the transition to an operational function. The Nextierra team achieves system stabilization and finalizes the status of all deliverables, documentation, training, and remaining deployments.

OPTIMIZE
The program is complete, however, Nextierra continues to identify and establish priorities system improvements.
